Wie lange hält der Bambus-Schneebesen?

Bei regelmäßiger Nutzung und ordentlicher Pflege hält der Schneebesen gewöhnlich mehrere Monate. Bei starker täglicher Nutzung ist die Lebensspanne kürzer, dass sich die Zinken langsam öffnen und weicher werden.

Warum sollte ich den Schneebesen vor dem Gebrauch einweichen?

Das Einweichen in warmen Wasser hilft, dass die Zinken weich werden, sich entrollen und flexibler werden, was das Bruchrisiko verringert und die Qualität des Schaums verbessert.

· 1 – 2 Bambuslöffel (oder 1 TL) NaturaleBio Matcha
· 70 – 100 ml heißes Wasser (nicht kochend)

Anleitung
· Siebe den Matcha in die Matcha-Schüssel.
· Füge heißes (nicht kochendes) Wasser hinzu.
· Rühre in schnellen W-Bewegungen mit dem Chasen, bis es schaumig ist.
· Trinke direkt aus der Schüssel und genieße.

Eis-Matcha-Latte

Zubereitungszeit: ~4 – 5 Min.

Zutaten
· 1 TL NaturaleBio Matcha
· 60 – 80 ml heißes Wasser (nicht kochend)
· 150 – 200 ml kalte Milch oder Pflanzengetränk
· Eiswürfel, Süßstoff nach Geschmack

Anleitung
· Siebe das Matcha in die Schüssel und füge heißes Wasser hinzu.
· Schlage den Matcha mit dem Bambus-Schneebesen auf, bis er geschmeidig und schaumig ist.
· Fülle ein Glas mit Eis und kalter Milch.
· Gieße den geschäumte Matcha über die Milch, rühre leicht um und serviere.

Morgendlicher Matcha-Honig-Shot

Zutaten
· 1/2 – 1 TL NaturaleBio Matcha

Un batidor de mayor calidad al que vienen en los packs sencillos

Muy buen chasen. El bambú se nota bien trabajado y las varillas son finas y flexibles, que es justo lo que interesa para batir el matcha y conseguir una espuma uniforme. Se maneja con facilidad y, con un poco de agua tibia antes de usarlo, funciona de maravilla. Sencillo, sin accesorios innecesarios y cumple perfectamente su función.
