· 70–100 ml di acqua calda (non bollente)

Preparazione
· Setaccia il matcha in una ciotola da matcha.
· Aggiungi dell'acqua calda (non bollente).
· Sbatti realizzando un movimento rapido a forma di "W" con il chasen fino a ottenere una consistenza schiumosa.
· Bevi direttamente dalla ciotola e goditi il tuo matcha.

Latte matcha freddo

Tempo di preparazione: ~4–5 min.

Ingredienti
· 1 cucchiaino di matcha NaturaleBio
· 60–80 ml di acqua calda (non bollente)
· 150–200 ml di latte freddo o bevanda vegetale
· Cubetti di ghiaccio, dolcificante a piacere

Preparazione
· Setaccia il matcha in una ciotola e aggiungi l'acqua calda.
· Sbatti con la frusta di bambù fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo e spumoso.
· Riempi un bicchiere con ghiaccio e latte freddo.

Un batidor de mayor calidad al que vienen en los packs sencillos

Muy buen chasen. El bambú se nota bien trabajado y las varillas son finas y flexibles, que es justo lo que interesa para batir el matcha y conseguir una espuma uniforme. Se maneja con facilidad y, con un poco de agua tibia antes de usarlo, funciona de maravilla. Sencillo, sin accesorios innecesarios y cumple perfectamente su función.
