Ingredients
  • 5 tablespoons matcha green tea
  • 200 ml whole milk
  • 200 ml cream
  • 150 grams granulated sugar
Preparation

In a large bowl, mix the milk together with the sugar and Matcha green tea powder until you obtain a smooth mixture. Add the cream that you have previously whipped until stiff. Slowly mix everything together. Blend the mixture with an immersion blender. Place the mixture in a container and leave to cool in the fridge for a few hours. Place in the freezer for at least 3 hours.
