What is Spirulina?
Spirulina (Arthrospira platensis) is a member of the blue-green spiral-shaped monocellular algae. It grows in fresh water and is very resistant. - 150 g brown rice flour
- 30 g corn oil
- 20 g potato starch, 60 g coconut flour
- 100 g soy milk, 30 g brown sugar
- chocolate chips (optional)
- a teaspoon of baking powder
- A teaspoon of NaturalBio Spirulina
Preparation
Start by sifting the flour, potato starch and yeast, then adding the brown sugar; gradually add the soy milk and coconut flour (dissolve it previously with a little water), the spirulina and the chocolate chips if you prefer to add this optional ingredient. Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for at least twenty minutes. Only then can you roll it out and start creating our biscuits ready to bake. Cooking takes 30 minutes in a hot oven at 150°.

- 10g of Spirulina Algae Powder NaturaleBio
- 200g of 00 flour
- 2 eggs
Preparation
Sift the flour into a bowl, add the spirulina and incorporate the eggs. Knead the ingredients to blend all the ingredients together, flour the work surface and continue to work the dough. Form a ball, wrap it in cling film and let it rest for at least 30 minutes in the fridge. Then roll out the dough with a rolling pin until it reaches 1mm thick and add more flour (spirulina tends to moisten). Roll up the pastry and then cut some tagliatelle with a knife and place them on a floured tray... you can season them however you like!
