Difference between capsules and moringa powder
Absolutely none. The process of making moringa powder begins with the harvesting of the leaves from the tree and then they are delicately dried at low temperatures. After the leaves are dried, they are then pulverized to a fine and impalpable powder of a bright green color and then packaged. The difference between the powder and capsules is the added step of filling cellulose capsules with the same moringa powder. The only difference is therefore in the mode of intake and dosage, the capsules more convenient to use as a supplement while the powder more practical for food use within our recipes.
