Açai Bowl

Preparation time: ~5 min

Ideal to enjoy for a rich and nutritious breakfast, tasty fruit salad enriched with cereals and dried fruit. All embellished with açaí powder with blended fruit or yogurt. The consistency will be soft and creamy and the flavor delicious.

Ingredients
  • 5g açaí powder
  • 250g Greek yogurt
  • 30g coconut milk
  • 15g manuka honey
  • 30g coconut
  • 1⁄2 banana
  • 30g whole grains or muesli
Preparation

Mix the yogurt with the coconut milk in a bowl. Add the açaí powder and continue mixing until you reach a smooth and uniform mixture. Sweeten with honey and continue mixing. Cut the coconut into thin strips and after peeling the banana, cut it into slices. Distribute the fruit over the mixture and finally add the cereal or muesli. This dish gives a lot of energy and is perfect for athletes and lovers of healthy eating.
