Refund policy
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom have the right to withdraw from online purchases within 14 days, starting from the day after the product is delivered.
Exclusions for Supplements and Food Products
This right does not apply to perishable goods or to sealed items that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons. Food products cannot be returned once delivered.
Order Cancellation Before Delivery
If you wish to cancel an order before it is delivered, please contact us at help@naturalebio.com.
If the product has already been shipped, you can simply refuse delivery. Once the item is returned to our warehouse, we will issue a full refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If a food or supplement product arrives damaged or defective, you are entitled to a refund or replacement. Please report any such issue promptly to our customer service team at help@naturalebio.com.
