Ingredients:
3 apples
1 tablespoon brown sugar
10 grams coconut oil
1 tablespoon cinnamon
110 grams all-purpose flour
70 grams brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
75 grams coconut oil
1 pinch of salt
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Peel the apples, remove the core, and cut them into medium-sized cubes.
Melt 10g of coconut oil in a pan and add the chopped apples. Add 1 tablespoon of brown sugar and cinnamon and sauté for a few minutes.
To prepare the crumble, in a bowl mix flour, 70g of brown sugar, 75g of coconut oil, and a pinch of salt.
Pour the sautéed apples into a baking dish and sprinkle the crumble mixture on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the top is golden and crispy.
