How do I track my order?

You will receive your shipping tracking code directly via email once your shipping order has been processed in full.

Is it possible to modify an order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to modify an already completed order. Please contact us at e-mail help@naturalebio.com. If it is not yet being processed at the warehouse we can cancel it so you can place a new order with the products you want.

Can I change the shipping address?

You can change the shipping address as long as the order has not yet been processed. Contact us at e-mail help@naturalebio.com. If it is not yet being processed at the warehouse we can cancel it so you can place a new order with the products you want.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship only to Italy, Spain and Germany.

How much are shipping charges?

Shipping charges are free for all orders.

Is it possible to cancel an order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change an already completed order. Please contact us at e-mail help@naturalebio.com as soon as possible. If it is not yet being processed at the warehouse we can cancel it so you can place a new order with the products you want. If you wish to cancel an order after it is already completed, please decline to pick up the product when it is delivered by the courier. Once the product is back in stock, we will proceed with a refund of the amount paid.

How does product return work?

Since this is a food product, we do not accept returns on any of our products.

We understand that in the case of purchases made at a distance (online), EU consumers have a right of withdrawal that allows them to return any product without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the product.

However, this right excludes certain types of products for reasons of health, hygiene or because their nature makes them unsuitable for return. In particular, food and beverages that are regularly delivered to your home are not subject to the right of withdrawal because they are perishable products.

Regarding the ability to disable the return option for hygienic and sanitary reasons, for products that are unsealed or are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly, the law provides exceptions to the right of withdrawal. This includes perishable food products and products whose nature implies a health risk if handled inappropriately after delivery.

If you wish to cancel an order for food products after purchase, please decline to pick up the product upon delivery by the courier. Once the product is back in stock, we will proceed with a refund of the amount paid.
