Unfortunately, it is not possible to modify an order that has already been completed. Contact us at help@naturalebio.com as soon as possible. If it is not yet in the warehouse, we can cancel it to allow you to place a new order with the products you want.
If you wish to cancel an order after it has already been completed, we invite you to refuse to collect the product upon delivery by the courier. Once the product has returned to the warehouse, we will proceed with the refund of the amount paid.

How does product returns work?
As this is a food product, we do not accept returns on any of our products.
We are aware that, in the case of purchases made remotely (online), EU consumers have a right of withdrawal that allows them to return any product without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the product.
However, this right excludes certain types of products for reasons of health, hygiene or because their nature makes them unsuitable for return. In particular, food and drinks that are regularly delivered to your home are not subject to the right of withdrawal because they are perishable products.
As regards the possibility of deactivating the return option for hygiene and health reasons, for unsealed products or those that can deteriorate or expire rapidly, the law provides for exceptions to the right of withdrawal. This includes perishable food products and products whose nature implies a risk to health if handled inappropriately after delivery.
If you wish to cancel a food order after purchase, we invite you to refuse to collect the product upon delivery by the courier. Once the product is back in stock, we will proceed with the refund of the amount paid.
