Recipe: Water, Lemon, Ginger, and Manuka Honey Preparation Time: ~20 min
Ingredients:
40 grams cleaned and peeled ginger
2 tablespoons Manuka Honey MG100+
1 liter water
Juice of 1 organic lemon
Preparation:
Heat the water with finely chopped ginger and let it simmer for about 15 minutes.
Remove from heat and add Manuka Honey MG100+, stirring with a spoon until dissolved.
Pour into a carafe, straining with a sieve or gauze, and finally add the lemon juice.
You can drink it warm or cold, and it can be stored in the fridge for 1-2 days.
