“Bento” is the container, a small box usually made of natural materials such as bamboo, with different compartments to arrange the food in an orderly manner, separating the various courses, and equipped with a lid. In the larger one you can put the main course, whether it's a first course or a single dish - pasta, rice, cereals, with the sauce you like most - and then filling the other compartments with foods in order of recommended quantity .

Lots of vegetables, therefore, while in smaller spaces you can add protein sources – animal or vegetable depending on your diet, such as eggs or legumes – and then fresh and dried fruit, and why not a little sweet treat, such as a chocolate or a couple of your favorite biscuits.
