All you need to know about Moringa Powder

What is Moringa?

Moringa Oleifera is a plant of which all its parts such as leaves, seeds and roots can be consumed.

The richness of this plant is certainly mainly contained in its leaves. The leaves are collected, dried and finely ground into a bright green powder. Rich in nutrients such as calcium, iron and vitamins A and C.

Flavor and texture

Our best Moringa Oleifera comes from organic farming. Moringa appears as a bright green powder, neither too light nor too dark, which indicates humidity. The powder must be fine and free of stems and veins. The smell is slightly pungent and hay-like, like a recently mowed lawn. The fundamental characteristic is the solubility in water, a quality moringa must dissolve in water without leaving sediments.

The benefits of Moringa on the skin and hair

Moringa is an excellent basic ingredient for a face cream or a nourishing hair mask, which will enhance your beauty.

Difference between Moringa capsules and powder

Absolutely none. The process of making moringa powder begins with harvesting the leaves of the tree and they are then gently dried at low temperatures. After the leaves have been dried they are then pulverized until they become a fine and impalpable powder of a bright green colour and subsequently packaged. The difference between powder and capsules is the added step of filling cellulose capsules with the same moringa powder. The only difference is therefore in the method of intake and dosage, the capsules are more convenient to use as a supplement while the powder is more practical for food use in our recipes. At NaturaleBio we sell and market Organic Moringa Powder.

How are the leaves dried for your moringa powder?

The Moringa oleifera leaves are dried at low temperatures, between 45 °C and 60 °C. This gentle drying process helps preserve the leaves’ natural nutrients, colour and organoleptic properties. No high-heat oven drying is used.

What is the recommended daily dose of moringa powder?

The recommended daily intake is 1–3 teaspoons per day (approximately 2–6 g), taken as part of a balanced diet.
