1.Organizing entity

The company NaturaleBio S.R.L., with registered office at Via Lima 7, 00198, Rome, Lazio, organizes this giveaway under the name “1 year of free Matcha”.

2. Territorial and temporal scope
The giveaway will take place in the [national/international – to be specified] territory, through the official NaturaleBio TikTok (@naturalebio_) and Instagram (@naturalebio_) accounts.
The promotion begins on October 8, 2025, and ends on October 31, 2025, both dates included.

3. Purpose
 The giveaway aims to promote the NaturaleBio brand and reward the loyalty of its followers.

4. Participation
All individuals over 18 years of age who meet the following requirements may participate:

• Follow NaturaleBio on its official TikTok and Instagram accounts.
  
• Mention a friend in the comments (as many times as they wish, provided the mentions are real and different).
  
• Explicitly accept these Terms and Conditions.
  

Employees of NaturaleBio and direct relatives up to the second degree are not eligible to participate.

5. Prize
A total of 13 packs of NaturaleBio Premium Matcha (equivalent to a 1-year supply) will be raffled.
Each pack will include 100g of Premium Matcha.
There will be 1 winner, who will receive all 13 packs.
The prize is not redeemable for cash or any other product.

6. Winner selection
The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible participants using Simpliers. NaturaleBio will publish the winner’s name/username on its social media accounts on [November 3, 2025] and will contact them directly via private message.
If the winner does not respond within [7 days], an alternate winner will be selected following the same procedure.

7. Prize delivery
The prize will be sent to the address provided by the winner within a maximum of [7 days] from acceptance.
NaturaleBio will cover shipping costs within [Europe] and internationally.

8. Data protection
In accordance with current regulations on the protection of personal data, participants are informed that the personal data provided to take part in the Giveaway, as well as any other information and/or documentation submitted that may be considered “personal data,” regardless of format or means of submission, will be processed by NATURALEBIO S.R.L., with registered office at Via Lima 7, 00198 and tax code IT16450161001 (hereinafter, “NATURALEBIO”), in its capacity as data controller.

Personal data will be processed for the purpose of managing registration and participation in the Giveaway, including, if necessary, the sending of communications related to the Giveaway using the contact details provided by the participant. In the case of the winner(s), NATURALEBIO will process the personal data for the purpose of granting and delivering the prize. The legal basis is the performance of these Terms and Conditions.

Personal data will be stored throughout the duration of the Giveaway. At the end of this period, once the prize has been delivered to the winner(s), NATURALEBIO will proceed to delete the data.

NATURALEBIO may disclose personal data:
a) to courts, tribunals, and law enforcement authorities when required by law or necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of claims;
b) to third-party service providers who will process the data on behalf of NATURALEBIO as data processors.

Participants guarantee that they have the express authorization to provide NATURALEBIO with the personal data of third parties that they submit or share with the purpose of participating in the Giveaway.

Participants have the right to exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, and portability by sending an email to help@naturalebio.com or by sending a letter addressed to NATURALEBIO S.R.L., Via Lima 7, 00198, Rome, Lazio (Italy).

If deemed necessary, participants may contact the Italian Data Protection Authority: Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali (www.garanteprivacy.it) to safeguard their rights.

9. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions
Participation in this giveaway implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
NaturaleBio may exclude from the promotion any participants who engage in fraudulent or inappropriate use.

10. Modifications and disclaimer of liability
NaturaleBio reserves the right to modify the conditions of the giveaway at any time for justified reasons.
It will also be exempt from any liability in case of malfunction of social networks, technical issues, or communication problems that prevent participation.

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Spanish law.
Any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid.
