· 100g rolled oats
· 1 tsp Ceylon Cinnamon Powder
· 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
· 250ml almond milk
· 1 tbsp chia seeds
· 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
· Mix all ingredients in a jar.
· Refrigerate overnight.
