Ingredients:

• 1 avocado

Preparation:

Peel the avocado, remove the stone and mash the pulp with a fork or with the help of an immersion blender, then add all the other ingredients until a smooth and homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Apply to the entire length of the hair, focusing especially on the ends.

Cover with a cap or tie your hair up and leave for at least 10 minutes.

N.B.The quantity of avocado must be calculated based on the length of the hair, for short hair you can also use 1⁄4 of the pulp, for medium length 1⁄2 avocado and finally for very long hair you can use the avocado pulp whole.
