Ingredients
  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 medium onion
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 225 grams Diced Tofu
  • 1 green pepper cut into strips
  • 1 red pepper cut into strips
  • 225 grams of Chinese cabbage
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 115 grams rice noodles
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut (Optional)
Preparation

Heat the oils in a wok over medium-high heat. Add the onion cut into rings and the crushed garlic, sauté until golden. Add the tofu and peppers, previously cut into strips, stirring constantly and cook for 5 minutes. Add the Chinese cabbage and sauté together for another 5 minutes. Add the soy sauce and coconut and mix everything well and remove from the heat. Prepare the rice spaghetti following the instructions inside the package, drain them and sauté them together with the vegetables and rice.
