Appetizer: savory panna cotta with honey

As a starter for your tasty family lunch, we suggest a panna cotta... you got it right, a savory panna cotta!

All you need is parmesan, fresh milk and edible gelatine, with the scent of rosemary and a pinch of salt and pepper, to obtain white domes with a strong flavour.

And to make the tasting even more unforgettable, add a generous spoonful of Manuka Honey and some walnuts on top of each panna cotta crunchy.

First course: fresh cocoa pasta
