How to take moringa? Uses and recipes

The moringa oleifera tree is considered “the miracle tree” or “tree of life” for its beneficial properties.

moringa is one of the most nutritious plants in the world, very rich in nutrients such as vitamins, minerals and the amino acids we need.

All parts of moringa can be consumed, such as leaves, seeds, roots, and its benefits are now also recognized by scientific research.

But let's see in detail the uses of moringa, how to take it and some recipes.

Themoringa oleifera plant

The moringa oleifera plant grows mainly in the tropical and equatorial zone of the planet.

The ideal environment for its growth is warm, sunny and without air currents and at an altitude lower than 500 m and on sandy or muddy and well-drained soil.

It is able to withstand short frosts, but if persistent, the cold interferes with the growth of the plant, and it also tolerates a very dry climate.

The moringa oleifera tree grows very quickly and reaches 4 to 7 meters, but can reach up to 10 meters in height with deep, fertile soil.

The richness of this plant is certainly contained mainly in its leaves.

Which are collected, dried naturally and finely ground until they reach a fine, bright green powder.

Moringa powder is processed at low temperatures, so its characteristics are preserved even during this process.

The large quantities of nutrients and antioxidant properties make moringa an exceptional food.

Moringa: how to take it

Moringa appears as a bright green powder, neither too light nor too dark, which indicates humidity and therefore poor drying.

Moringa powder is quite fine, without stems and veins, so it is soluble in water or other liquids and does not leave sediment.

For sediments, this means that there is no presence of leaf stems and veins within the dust.

The smell is slightly pungent and hay-like, like a freshly mowed lawn.

The drying method is very important, moringa must be dried at low temperatures to preserve its properties intact.
