Or a soft Danubio, the famous recipe for brioche divided into delicious "spheres" to be filled as you prefer: to make it healthier, we have enriched it with psyllium fibers and a glaze based on very sweet Manuka honey, natural antibacterial.

Another express recipe to replicate for Christmas are the so-called bliss balls or energy balls, real concentrates of energy to be eaten in one bite: we offer them based on pumpkin, spelled flakes and pecans, dusted of açai for an extra energy boost!

Impressive savory recipes for Christmas

Christmas is not just sweets: among the recipes with superfoods to bring to the table as main courses, therisotto with red turnips and gorgonzola, with a real chef's touch, that is, the crunchiness given by the cocoa nibs and hazelnuts.

For a truly chic brunch, try the savory pancakes alla moringa, to be stuffed with avocado, smoked salmon, fresh cheese and aromatic herbs.

Mediterranean scents, however, with a pinch of originality, if you decide to prepare veg Greek pitas… with organic cocoa! An entirely vegan recipe, enriched with a truly delicious matcha tea and cashew sauce, and crunchy pumpkin "chips".

Finally, an easy-to-use delight rich in beneficial fibres: the gluten-free wraps allo psillio, a light and tasty bread substitute, perfect as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to many dishes.

To be served at the end of the meal to amaze all the guests, here are our recipes for Christmas desserts, always enriched with the benefits of superfoods.

The “Pinguino” tart is a real delicacy that uses perhaps the best and most versatile fruits of winter: persimmons. A light coconut oil shortcrust pastry contains a creamy ricotta-based filling, decorated with a topping of blended persimmons together with natural cocoa.

The Matcha tea cake-roll is truly spectacular, a biscuit dough with an incredible bright green color which encloses in its "coils" a fresh filling made from spreadable cheese and cream.

Traditional but never out of fashion, this version of the Pear and Chocolate Plumcake has a touch of crunchiness that makes it special, given by the raw cocoa nibs.

Finally, a fragrant Matcha cake with the acidic softness of the yogurt and the unmistakable note of the hazelnuts in the dough: to make it even more delicious, serve it with a fresh scoop of ice cream, also with matcha or honey!
