Coconut Oil Pancakes Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup coconut flour
4 eggs
1.5 cups of your choice of milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons raw honey
1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Preparation:
Beat the eggs for two minutes and add the milk, vanilla extract, coconut oil, and honey.
In a separate bowl, mix the coconut flour with the cinnamon.
Combine the two mixtures until you achieve a smooth, lump-free batter, and let it rest for a few minutes.
After the batter has rested, slowly add more milk until you reach the desired consistency.
Add the baking soda and apple cider vinegar, mixing only until incorporated.
