  • 60 grams coconut oil
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 100 grams milk
  • 100 grams dark chocolate

Finely chop the sugar and hazelnuts in the food processor until they are pulverized. Add the chocolate and continue chopping everything. Pour everything into a saucepan and add the milk and coconut oil and place on a low heat for about 10 minutes, until you reach a smooth and homogeneous mixture. Pour the mixture into a glass jar and leave to cool.

For those who own the bimby, here's how to prepare it:

  1. Place the sugar and hazelnuts in the bowl and pulverize them for 20 seconds at speed 6, increasing to speed 10.
  2. Add the chocolate and set speed 4 for 20 seconds.
  3. Add the milk and coconut oil and cook at 80 degrees, speed 4 for 8 minutes.

Preparation Tips:

For an even more intense and decisive flavour you can toast the hazelnuts in the oven for a few minutes before chopping them.

If you don't like the dark chocolate dark chocolate you can use the milk.
