Vegan apple crumble with coconut oil is a delicious recipe accompanied by cream or vanilla ice cream!

Ingredients
  • 3 apples
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 10 grams coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 110 grams 00 flour
  • 70 grams cane sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 75 grams coconut oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180°. Peel the apples, remove the core and cut them into medium-sized cubes. Melt 10g of coconut oil in a pan and add the chopped apples. Combine 1 tablespoon of brown sugar and cinnamon and sauté for a few minutes. To prepare the crumble, in a bowl combine flour, 70g of brown sugar and 75g of coconut oil and a pinch of salt.

It can be prepared in a baking dish or also use practical single-portion cocottes.

You need to let it cool for a few minutes, but it should be served while still hot.
