Preparation Time: ~60 min

Ingredients

200 g all-purpose flour

100 g butter

100 g brown sugar

1 egg

1 tbsp organic sencha leaves (finely ground)

1 tsp baking soda

Pinch of salt

Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C.
In a bowl, mix flour, ground sencha, baking soda, and salt.
Beat butter and brown sugar until creamy, then add the egg and mix.
Gradually combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients and knead until smooth.
Roll into balls and flatten slightly on a baking sheet.
Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden.

1 tsp organic ginger powder

250 ml hot water

Honey to taste

Instructions
