The Dark Chocolate Cake with Coconut Oil is a very simple recipe, excellent for a healthy breakfast or tasty snack.
Without butter and eggs, this dark chocolate cake with coconut oil is ideal for those following a vegan diet or for those suffering from lactose intolerance.
Coconut Oil gives recipes a soft consistency and an exceptional aroma.
Preparation time: ~40 min
Serves 4 people
In a bowl mix well brown sugar, flour, cocoa and bicarbonate. Then add coconut oil and water. Add the dark chocolate you previously grated and mix with the electric whisk. When all the ingredients are well mixed and the dough is soft and creamy. Pour it into the previously greased (with a dab of coconut oil) and floured cake tin. Cook at 180° for 30-35 minutes, testing with a toothpick. Remove from the oven and let cool, and serve after dusting it with icing sugar.
Serve with a dusting of icing sugar or with cream mounted.
