The Scrub with Manuka Honey is a powerful natural exfoliant capable of removing dead cells and leaving the skin healthier and incredibly soft.

The Manuka Honey Scrub can be used on any skin type and can also be applied to the face. Few ingredients are needed and easily available.
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons coffee (optional)
- 2 tablespoons sugar (preferably cane or coconut)
- 3 tablespoons of Coconut Oil
- 1 teaspoon of Manuka honey MG100+
Preparation:
1] In a glass jar mix all the ingredients together.
2] Apply a few teaspoons to the skin of the face or body and let it rest for about ten minutes.
3] With the palm of your hand or fingers, massage the skin with circular movements, allowing the sugar, coffee and especially coconut oil and honey to deeply hydrate the skin and remove dead cells.
