Which Matcha Tea to use for this recipe?
Depending on the processing of this incredible tea you can find 3 different grades : the Ceremonial, the Premium and the Culinary.
For this recipe I recommend you use a Premium Grade for a slightly stronger taste.
Or the Culinary one which is very suitable for the preparation of cake and biscuit recipes.
The Ceremonial Grade which is the most valuable, is ideal for preparing tea.
