Its many benefits include being a powerful natural anti-inflammatory.
It can reduce joint and muscle pain, alleviate headaches, and soothe stomach and esophagus inflammations.
Additionally, it has digestive and anti-nausea properties, useful especially for motion sickness, and can help against colds, fever, and cough.
Lemon Lemon has numerous therapeutic properties, rich in vitamins, minerals, and trace elements.
It is a potent antibacterial, antiseptic, and antitoxic agent, capable of strengthening our immune system, aiding digestion, and regulating our pH as an alkalizing agent for the body.
Manuka Honey With its antibacterial properties, Manuka honey can prevent minor ailments, especially with the arrival of the first cold weather, and provide energy.
Which Grade to Choose? There are various grades of Manuka honey, differing based on the amount of methylglyoxal present.
For preventive action, it is advisable to use Manuka honey MG100+, while for minor ailments, the rule of thumb is "the deeper the need, the higher the grade of methylglyoxal required."
