There Dark Chocolate Cake with Coconut Oil It's a very simple recipe, excellent for a healthy breakfast or a tasty snack.
This dark chocolate cake with coconut oil is butter and egg free. It is ideal for those who follow a vegan diet or for those who suffer from lactose intolerance.
Coconut Oil gives the recipe a soft consistency and an exceptional aroma.
Preparation time: ~40 min
Serves 4
In a bowl, mix the brown sugar, flour, cocoa and baking soda well. Then add the coconut oil and water. Add the dark chocolate that you previously grated and mix with an electric whisk. When all the ingredients are well combined and the dough is soft and creamy. Pour it into the previously greased (with a knob of coconut oil) and floured cake pan. Bake at 180° for 30-35 minutes, testing with a toothpick. Remove from the oven and let cool, and serve after dusting with icing sugar.
Serve with a dusted with icing sugar or with some cream mounted .
