Combine the flour, salt and baking powder and mix all the powders well in a bowl. In another container with the use of an electric mixer or in the planetary mixer if you have it, work the brown sugar together with the coconut oil and vanilla until the mixture is very smooth and fluffy. Add the flour mixed with the other ingredients to this mixture, also adding some coconut flakes and chocolate chips. Adjust the consistency of the mixture, which should be similar to that of classic biscuits, and possibly "adjust" with coconut milk or coconut flakes/flour, depending on whether it is too dry or too soft. Form balls and crush them to give them the shape of biscuits and then bake on a baking tray lined with baking paper at 180° for about 15 minutes, checking the cooking.
