A typical English dessert that combines the softness of cooked apple with a crunchy crust that crumbles on top.
The term “crumble” indicates precisely these crumbs of crunchy dough that cover a base of soft apples cooked with the scent of cinnamon and coconut.
The ingredients are really simple and the recipe can be prepared in a very short time and is very easy.

Vegan apple crumble with coconut oil is a delicious recipe accompanied by cream or vanilla ice cream!
Preheat the oven to 180°. Peel the apples, remove the core and cut them into medium-sized cubes. Melt 10g of coconut oil in a pan and add the chopped apples. Combine 1 tablespoon of brown sugar and cinnamon and sauté for a few minutes. To prepare the crumble, in a bowl combine flour, 70g of brown sugar and 75g of coconut oil and a pinch of salt.
It can be prepared in a baking dish or also use practical single-portion cocottes.
You need to let it cool for a few minutes, but it should be served while still hot.
The ideal is to serve itaccompanied by cream or vanilla ice cream.
